What we keep
The reading of each claim: merchant, date, total, the route it came by, and a fingerprint of the photo or email that stops it being claimed twice. The wallet address rewards are paid to. The email address you sign in with, so forwarded emails can be matched to you. The settlement time of each reward, which is what the shelf prints.
What we do not keep
The photo itself, once it has been read and fingerprinted. The full text of a forwarded email beyond the merchant, date and total. Your keys, ever. Anything about what else is in your wallet.
Where reading happens
A photographed receipt is read in your browser first, so you see the text before anything leaves the page. A forwarded email is read on our side, because it has to arrive there to be checked against the merchant's domain.
Who sees it
The tokenized-securities provider that issues the shares receives the wallet address and the amount, because it has to deliver the reward. Nobody else receives your claims. We do not sell or share them with brands.
How long
Claims are kept for as long as the account exists, plus what the law where we operate requires. Close the account and the readings are deleted; the fingerprints stay, so a receipt cannot be claimed again by someone else.
